I had a KPA500 issue 5 months after purchase. I took out the coil (the heavy
part) and paid for shipping back to the mother ship. They fixed it really fast
and sent back at no charge. Could not be more pleased with their service.

I have a two month old KPA 500 that needs warranty service and I was
wondering if anyone else has been expected to pay shipping to get their
equipment repaired under warranty? I am a 78 year old on SS and don't believe I
should have to pay to have a defective unit for repair. I would appreciate any
comments. Rich KB9RP
