I called Tigertronics the other day and asked them about a SignaLink USB and the bias voltage on the mic for the KX3. A lady called me back later in the day and told me that she has something to read to me that she didn’t understand. She said the tech department said that if you are using their jumper plug, that it has a blocking capacitor in it, so the bias voltage is ok. If you wire your own jumpers, you will have to disable mic bias. She said she didn’t understand what it meant, but the tech department said that I should know what it means. And I do. I’ll be checking the SignaLink jumper plug I have this week and let you know if this is the case. Jst a little info…..
