Hi all, Now that I've got all the facts......or most.....Scam was much to strong a word in referencing why didn't receive a response from Doug, K7CUU, after I mailed and then emailed him a photo of my KX2 payment check on June 19th. The check still hadn't arrived at his location as of the 24th. He doesn't use PayPal. Back and fourth emails were working fine last week. We had, at least, six overall amd stopped on June 19th. During this "no contact" period, I felt I had no choice but to put a stop payment on the check.
I finally called him on the phone today. I didn't call earlier since I was very concerned that his health may have taken a turn for the worst and I didn't want to burden his wife with an additional problem if that were the case. So, bottom line, my apologies to Doug, K7CUU for me thinking the worst.
