Hi Holger,

Measure the voltage at the output terminal
of U3, the +5V regulator that supplies U1's
V_DD voltage.  If that is also 4.833 V DC,
then all is OK.

Due to component variations, one can expect
to measure DC voltages within 10% of the
nominal table values.  Your reading, depending
on which pin you measured, is within that
tolerance.

The DC voltage table in the KPA100 manual
also indicates that voltages are those measured
when the nominal +12V DC supply is actually
set to +14.1 V.  This won't make a difference
for the U3 output, but it may affect other readings
if your supply is set for +12V.
