The keyed with no drive current of my KPA500 is 0.2-0.3A. I participated in a voyage of discovery with the T/R switch. Ian, G4GIR, provided the test article and did all the work, I just made a few suggestions.
The result of that journey was a mapping of the voltages at almost all component junctions of the T/R switch.
