My club uses K3s for the CW and phone stations, and we’ve found that adding a 
24 or 48 button Genovation keypad makes it really simple for new operators to 
control the rig. One button on the keypad for each band can set the mode, 
filters, power level, panadapter bandwidth, and initial frequency. Other 
buttons can control antenna tuning, voice and CW memories, filters snd 
diversity on/off. The only controls on the rig that operators have to touch are 
the volume, RF gain, and VFO, and if rig settings get messed up, a single 
button on the keypad restores the rig. Details on setting up the keypad for the
