I attempted to an answer the question about P3 substitute but, despite the fact my posts have been accepted here before, this post was rejected as SPAM.
"mx213.antispamcloud.com rejected your message to the following email addresses: [email protected] ([email protected])<mailto:[email protected]> Your message couldn't be delivered because the recipient's email server (outside Office 365) suspected that your message was spam." Looks like I don't need to post here any more.
