When I tried to find it with my iPhone App Store, it got to Hamiliton but nothing about HamWatch. I tried several times. I then Googled it and found it under an Apple site which directed me to the app in the App Store. The cost is $4.99.

The app shows active POTA stations, Space Weather, Time and location which includes UTC. It includes a complication to show your call sign and when you click on your call sign the app comes up on your iWatch. I have no vested interest and in the app. I have been a beta tester for a couple of months now. The app has some very good information and is well layed out. When you go to the App Store and do a search for HamWatch Hamilton comes up. Above Hamilton it will say did you mean HamWatch.
