Not positive how to post so I am sending directly. I've had a K3 for 15 years with the 250 Hz filters in main and sub-rx and love them, especially when combined with the audio peaking filter. I am not a competitive contester but I do participate in them, chase DX a lot, and otherwise am a casual 23 wpm guy. I am less happy with my 2.1 Khz SSB filters but I am not much on SSB anyway. It seems to me that SSB narrow filters do not normally improve copyability. I usually prefer to let me ears sort SSB out, possibly using a bit of IF shift.
