So you don't get too far from Reality, What changed is that an
island of Extra Class Phone and CW frequency down to 3.600 MHz is going
to happen.
If your a General Class Ham you lost a lot of frequency in the old
CW part of the band which most General Class guys never used because
they are not CW ops.
If your a General Class Ham on RTTY you can now only do RTTY from
3.525 to 3.600 and that is a lot less than it once was when the Novice
Band was there. But you can again use RTTY from 3.800 to 4.000 if you
want to :-)
