Chris, I do not believe it is a direct replacement, and will not work without some re-wiring. If you look at the schematic you will find that the K2 headphone jack has an extra switch that is not connected directly to either the tip or the ring circuits. That allows the switch to interrupt the path from the audio amp to the speaker connector while permitting R35, R36, C105 and C106 to be connected in the headphone circuit without affecting the speaker audio.
