Without knowing Jim or his bug, let me say that this is a very good year for Vibroplex Originals. Vibroplex used various thicknesses of metal for the mainsprings, and the thinner ones are capable of working smoothly at lower speeds than the thicker ones. In the early '60's they used springs as thin as 0.0125" (if I recall correctly), while immediately earlier and later bugs used springs as thick as 0.018". Get out your micrometers!

In any event, if I didn't already have a 1962 OD, this is one I would be interested in.
