I made my wife a bread proofing box from two 27 inch
television boxes, Styrofoam tiles, lots of duct tape,
a 180 Watt hair styler that has its own fan, relay,
MC68705, DS1620 and a control panel that lets her set
it to 80 F or, if the ambient temperature is less than
40 F, such as it is now, 40 F.
I'm planning to use a Peltier device in the future
to allow it to go down to 40 F when the ambient
temperature is above 40 F.
