I think I read somewhere that there is a connector on the bottom of the K3 that may be used in the future for the keyboard. Tim NZ8J

I bought the optional keyboard that came with the 908 when I bought the kit...but a use for it never materialized. It is nice little keyboard and when I heard that the K3 could do digital modes and decode without a computer, I thought...well maybe I finally have a use for my little keyboard. Alas, I don't see how an external keyboard connects to the K3 by looking at the pics of the back end. Can you connect a keyboard to the K3 without an external computer being involved?
