Very interesting stuff, One question though...
On batteryspace.com the notes for the Li-Ion 14500 Cylindrical Cell AA size 3.7V 750mAh says, "You must choose Our Smart Li-Ion Battery Charger and Battery holder to charge the Li-Ion cell with battery holder ( please charge one cell per time , please charge more cell in series) . Never use conventional DC charger to recharge the Li-Ion battery." The rig in WA3WSJ pictures seem like it's setup in parallel with an external charging hookup, isn't that against what batteryspac suggested?
