Hello,
I am finishing up some work today on a web site.
Later I will pack my backpack and charge batteries for a outing on the
Appalachian Trail on Saturday, 07-07-07.
Depending on the weather I will be at either Round Head off Rte 501 near
Bethel, PA which is a 1 1/2 hour hike or at the pond off of Rte 183 near
Strausstown, PA which is a 15 minute hike.
I am looking to be at my site between 13:00 and 14:00 UTC.
I will try 40 meters first for people that want to try to catch me on the
trail.
I really can't give a specific freq. due to other QSO's that will be on the
air on Saturday. You can find me around 7.030, 10.106, 14.060 or 21.060 +
or - 3 KHz due to other QSO's on the air.
I might stay out on the AT until 19:00 UTC, as long as the QSO's keep moving
along.
I will be using my K1 on the AT.
