Hi David
I do not see any problem, at least for R6, 7 and 8.
You have an M 10 db attenuator and mesuring R6 or R8 you have 100 ohmswith 168 ohms in parallel. So the result should be 62.68 ohms on you DMM!
R7 is 68 ohms with 200 ohms in parallel so you should have 50.74 ohms!
So as the series of resistors are 5% tolerance what you got on your DMM is largely within this parameter!
