The list has recently had posts concerning the importance of decent
probes to get the most out of your oscilloscope. But, the ground lead
connection between the probe tip and the circuit under examination
cannot be ignored.
I've provided a few photographs illustrating the importance of short
ground connections to your scope probe in my July 10th comments at
