Can the K3 tune in various time signals on HF, look at the delays from each, triangulate, determine what country you're in, and then automagically set the ID timer accordingly?

One must ID every ten minutes so this is likely the case.

Ah, but it's every 15 minutes in the UK. Maybe this is what Eric/Wayne meant when they said that each K3 would be configured for the country it was being sent to.
