Okay you techie gurus...please teach me .... How does the composite TRANSMITTED phase noise impact the RECEIVE BDR specs?
I admit that over the decades I've frequently noted that the ARRL review cite that the rx spec is "phase noise limited" but I never thought that they meant XMIT phase noise.
