Hello fellow QRPers, I would like to announce the formation of the Polar Bear QRP Club. The PB QRP Club originated from the EPA QRP Club, but has grown over the years. It was time to make it a club instead of a program. Many thanks go to Ron, WB3AAL, for all his hard work nurturing the PB Program from a cub into a bear.
