Just checked mine ... the setting is at 25 and it's "just right"
for me. Adjusting the level to the maximum makes it far too
loud ... for me.
I'm an old poop, age 70, but I think my hearing's "normal",
whatever that is ... (:-))
I suppose I have to ask why was the level lowered? Had it
been left alone, more users could find "just right" level.
