You must first enable the "Tech MD" menu item. Config ==> Tech MD ==> use VFO A to set it to ON ==> now use VFO B to locate TUN PWR ==> use VFO A to set power ==> tap MEMU -- Done.
Now when you Push and hold XMIT to get to the TUNE function, it will provide the power you set - while there, you can now increase the power with the PWR control to continue tuning up your amp at higher power. When you are finished, the next "TUNE" will be reset to the default that you set earlier.
