Just worked
VP6DX on 18165.8 @ 20:44 UTC QSX 18154.0
Worked with K2 @ 5w and Ground Mounted Butternut HF9V with 120 radials and
lot of ice on the ground.
When I said I was QRP he told me that I was a good 59+ 5dB over.
