Bill, I have exactly what you saw. Having reduced freq from above 25MHz there was still no output even though I was now in the 12m band. QSY to within any other band and still no output. How strange! I'm using latest firmware etc.
As with you, TX was restored by changing the power level. And the radio works fb otherwise.
