No, scanning is deliberately disabled on 6 meters. There is an issue
with FCC approval. As I understand it (someone will correct me if
I'm wrong), a manufacturer of equipment capable of scanning above 30
mHz must prove that it can't scan the 800 or 900 mHz region used by
analog cellular phones (if there are any!). When Elecraft comes up
for air they will do this and then enable scanning on 6 meters.
