Hello Joe,

i have the same problem here. At first there was always full power out at
all levels. In my first debugsession i found that D16 and D17 were dead,
also the swr-bridge in the KAT. After replacing
the diodes i have the same problem like you now, will fix it in my next
debugsession. The voltage at U5 and U6 is discribed in the manual of the KPA
100 (i belive 0-5V, depending on powerlevel). It seems like the way from the
bridge to VRFDET is bad by a second fault (in my case).
