Ron & Don

Does this mean there is a degree of Mojo to found in the K3 after all this wonderful dialogue of why this or that nit doesn't work?

I certainly hope so My K2 and K1 are sitting here doing the Mojo thing every time I turn them on.

Guess I can now entertain thoughts of getting a QRP K3 to round out my family of Elecraft products.

Been holding off as I have been known to whine with the best of the best about truly insignificant things in the past.

And then finding it was due to my repeated lack of following the directions in the manual (you know RTFM) that was causing me to go astray.

Also found out that by not starching the briefs the personal stress factor was greatly reduced as well, but that's another story.

so back into the wood work I go.

Gee, Don, his comment might have been a bit abrupt, but keep in mind that
many members of this list are on dial-up. Some even pay for each byte
downloaded no matter how fast the connection.

It does seem that 2,000 by 3,000 pixel WEB image is a bit "overkill".

Nice disk though.

Experience with the K2 suggests that when an Elecraft rig reaches the point
where people start fiddling with the knob aesthetics, it's "arrived"!!
