I was going to leave my K2 (#5413) as a QRP rig after I got my K3, but a few weeks ago I felt the need to melt some solder. So, I ordered the KPA100 to make it into a K2/100 that I can easily switch back to a plain K2 by removing the KPA100 and putting the original top with the KAT2 and KIO2 back on if I wanted to operate QRP. Just finished the assembly process and everything is working fine.

Now I've got to figure out if my feeble brain can handle SO2R during a contest. I have enough trouble with just one radio, so I'm not at all sure I can handle the multi-tasking needed for using two at the same time. :-)

Ken K3IU
K3 #202
K2/100 #5413 (my 12th)
