Phil.... I gave up a 756 PRO II for the K3. I was going to keep the rig but after a week of using the K3 I put it on the market. Why? Well, I use to own a 765 which has the sweetest audio I've ever heard on a rig. IMHO. The K3 audio is as sweet or better than the 765. I've always had issues with the 756 PRO II audio because I was so fatigued after a contest. Not so with the K3. The K3's audio is very good.
