I took my K3 on a trip to Australia over the holidays. It was the first time I had a chance to use my Rose Kopp K3 case. I put it all into a small backpack which also contained the power supply, cables and etc. for the radio.
It worked very well, the radio was undamaged -- and the case got plenty of exercise as I removed the radio for the airplane security people to examine at checkpoint... Between Seattle and Perth there are plenty of checkpoints!
