Steve, I've heard it, on occasion, as far back as 2007. As I posted earlier, I believe it's either the acoustic side effect of a coil voltage shift (there are *many* relays running on the 12 V line), or a very minor T/R timing window, far too short to switch a relay. It is not a problem.
