Vic, The TX INH is set to off. Yes, I do get a sidetone and the first bar of the RF meter scale is also set. There is no power indication on my external digital wattmeter. I also had another ham less than 1 mile away listen, nothing heard.

Either Hi or Lo will prevent transmi if the TX INH pin on the accessory socket is not connected.? ? If you connect a paddle, do get a sidetone when you key it?? ?
