After several hours online and on the phone with whoever in India none of them could answer ANY of my questions regarding the problem posting to this reflector. Not ONE of them could answer the simple question"how do I change my format to plain text and not rich format!" I gave up on the so called experts.
Verizon users. After you open the compose window look for the words Plain Text in red just above the main body area and below the subject line. This does NOT indicate that you are in the plain text mode. You have to click on it to go to the plain text mode! Give it a try.
