Lou, I am not certain what all of you are trying to accomplish with the Ten-Tec (or other) knob rings. Do you remove the rubber ring that is supplied with the K3 knob? Or do you put it over the top of the existing rubber ring? The stock K3 rubber ring seems just fine to me.
