Send the SWH42; command, Read back the contents of VFO A's display using the DS; command, Convert the string to an integer. The frequency shows as three digits starting at the seventh character of the string. This code fragment demonstrates: WriteComPortString(CSpec[SWH42].Cmd); sleep(20); WriteComPortString(CSpec[DS].Cmd); sleep(20); ReadComPortString(cString, CSpec[DS].RspZ); rc = atoi(&cString[7]); // sidetone freq. 73, matt zilmer W6NIA K3 #24 On Mon, 14 Sep 2009 12:32:33 -0400, you wrote: >I looked through the K3 Programmer's Reference manual but I can't find a >command to retrieve the sidetone pitch frequency.
