Seems that the problem is on 80 and 40. I went manually through tx gain calibrate and at the moment the error only shows on 80 and 40. Radio transmits. The radio says the swr is 1.1 to 1, external meter says 1.1 to 1 but the utility still says high swr.
Should have fixed this at the time of build I suppose. I remember adjusting the watt meter a bit to get the tx gain calibrate to eliminate the error message which is why I had the low out put to begin with.
