2. Click on the Command Tester/K3 Macros tab. 
This is incorrect. Use #3 below. It's a menu item, and brings up a separate 
screen.

3. Click on the Edit Macros button at the top of the screen. This brings 
up the macro edit window.

It's Edit, then choose Command Tester/K3 Macros..
