When the K3 Utility establishes communications with the K3 the buttons are enabled.

I happened to notice that the K-3 utility has a number of features grayed out including all of the configuration menu options. I can neither see what's on there or make any adjustments. I have the latest firmware installed and this is the first time I noticed that this has apparently changed. Has anybody else experienced this situation?
