It's usually worse on WWVH, perhaps due to the satellite path between Boulder and Hawaii. There was / is a +/- 50 mHz circuit between the TX site north of Ft. Collins and the NBS labs in Boulder, and they well may go via this circuit. This path may be via microwave now. 73!
