OK, this thread has morphed into lightning protection related topics, and I have changed the subject line. I checked the PolyPhaser site and the information is no longer there.
ARRL Archives has the best one I know about. It was a 3 part publication run in June, July and August of 2002. Author is W. Ronald Block, KB2UYT and carries the title of "Lightning Protection for the Amateur Radio Station. Download the 3 .PDF files - they have pictures and diagrams. That is the guidelines I used to constructed my system. I consider this an authoritative source, and I have not seen one since that covered all aspects.
