Help new K3 user and down loaded the k3 utility but it locks up immediately and gives the program not responding. I have tried going to the exe file and bring it up but it does the same thing. I have also removed it and re loaded it many times and it does not good.
The usb to serial cable works fine as I got hrd to work on the first try no problem.
