Ditto, I have had as well on two K3s (2230 and 2499) --- on strong CW signals. Thought it was some sort of long/short path phenomenon. But, I wondered since it occurred on some signals that I just could not figure for that phenomenon given the short skip on a particular band that was occurring at the time. Not really that bothersome, just odd. My AGC is set to fast and the 400 Hz filter engaged.
