No. You've got to replace the pole. I've successfully done it with much 
larger power poles that still had a wire attached, but with the wire broken 
off, you'll never get it out. If the wire were still attached, you could 
slide a small screwdriver between the soldered contact and the retaining 
spring under it, then pull on the cable to get it out. 

These connectors are inexpensive, widely available, and work very well. I've 
rewired my entire station to use them for power, and also used them for all 
the computer equipment that uses "wall wart" supplies of various sorts.
