Hi David, I ran into a similar problem a few weeks ago. Are you using the latest K3 Utility? Try using the manual calibration procedure in the K3 Manual. Does that work? I had a similar problem that was related to an updated that the K3 Utility needed. I think the latest K3 Utility is on the web site now though.
