Scott, If you subscribe to the individual messages you can group them into threads (most mail readers should be able to do this). Then you can delete an entire subject at a time. As busy as this list is there are probably only a handful of subject threads going on at any one time, so it is quick and easy to delete the ones you are not interested in. You don't even have to get into setting up filters, etc.; just glancing through the subjects and manually deleting ones you don't want is very quick.
A good mail reader is the tool to use for this or any busy list.
