I'll try to explain, so you can properly resent it. :-) "Rank one best, approve some others" doesn't provide the voters the ability to express themselves as clearly as Condorcet+NOTB would. What advantage does it have, other than possibly being easier for certain voters to comprehend? I acknowledge it's not as "dumbed-down" as the status quo, but why advocate it when we can do better?
