NBC Nightly News today (Weds, Oct 25, 2000) had a standard mindless story about the so-called Electoral College (12th Amendment) for electing the U.S. President and the possibility that the gerrymander math of the E.C. will elect a candidate but that the other major candidate will get more popular votes.
