Generalizing Mr. Schulze's question --

Therefore the question is: What is A's criterion to decide whether a given
strategy is [adjective] "B" ?

Choose a subjective adjective [good, bad, indifferent, great, rotten, etc.,
etc.] (or comparable adverbs) ???

How can a math problem have subjective adjective type solutions (versus math
adjectives such as plurality, majority, more than Droop, less than Droop,
etc.) ???

Is it so strange that if different votes are added or removed or rank shifted
around that there just might be different results ???
