What I want to see is an argument that in the DH3 scenario it is actually
strategically advisable for any of the three factions to raise D. Pick a
Condorcet method, pick a specific scenario if you like, and demonstrate
this.
I do not want to hear that this faction is merely doing something harmless
until the point where so many people do it that it is a catastrophe.
"Harmless unless catastrophic" isn't the same as "advisable."
